Sheryl underwood is a comedian, television host, as well as an actor in the United States of America. She is best known for her part as the Talk's daytime co-host. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas, was raised among Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl lives in a family that is turbulent. She spent the majority of her young life caring for her sister Frankie who suffered from an illness called polio. When she was a child, she had a difficult relationship with her mom. Sheryl states that her mother was once brutally stabbed by her father over getting too close. Sheryl enlisted in the military upon her graduation from college. Her passion for the military was comedy. She was chosen as the first female winner of the Miller Lite Comedy Search, held in 1989. Her TV career began in 1992, as a performer for the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. The show was hosted by her Oh Drama! in 2000. Presently, she is a guest host on Talk Talk since 2011. In addition, she has been an unnamed character on shows like Bulworth Nicki and Beauty Shop.
